Context

At Witik, the 10-person delivery team (6 developers, 2 QA engineers, 1 product owner and me as Tech Lead Delivery) contributes to a B2B SaaS platform used by 20,000+ users and 100+ clients.

Action

I introduced Claude Code for assisted reviews, structured prompts and automated quality checklists.

Result

Three practices are now structured in the team workflow: assisted reviews, shared prompts and quality checklists. No reliable before/after figures are available to quantify their effect on lead time or defect rates.
